Every product sold by G & G Tools is brand new and backed by the full manufacturer's warranty. Each Manufacturer’s warranty may vary.
If after receiving and inspecting your purchase you are not totally satisfied, or if the item is defective, you may return the merchandise to us for a refund of your purchase price minus shipping charges. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs both to and from G & G Tools , shipping charges are not refundable. You must first email us and explain the reason for the return before we will authorize it. Return arrangements must be made within 14 days of your receipt of item & item received by us within 21 days of your receipt of item.
Alternatively, you may return a defective product directly to the manufacturer or to its authorized repair station for repair or replacement.
Items damaged during shipping should be directed to the claims department of the actual freight carrier.
Returned merchandise must be in new condition, including all original packaging. We will not issue a refund for any product which is returned to us that has been used or altered, has parts missing, has had unauthorized repair attempts, or has been subjected to misuse, abuse, modification, negligence or accident. Nor do we cover any product which is used for any purposes other than that for which it is intended as stated in the specific manufacturer's product information literature or if the packaging is incomplete or ruined.
