Q:    How can I tell if an item is in stock?

A:     Inventory is updated daily on our site but from time to time there are exceptions.  If you have questions about availability of an item please contact us at contact-us@gandgenterprisesinc.com. 

Q:     What happens if an item is on backorder?

A:     If an item has been delayed beyond the shipping time listed on the website, we will attempt to contact you via email when we become aware of the delay. You have the option of canceling the order at that time, or waiting until the backorder is filled to receive your product.

Q:     What is your return policy?

A:     Click here to view return policy. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return unused products(s) in original condition, in original packaging for a full refund. Please call or email for a return authorization number prior to sending any product back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Never send a package direct to the manufacturer, unless we tell you to do so. If the original item(s) is inspected and not in original condition a restocking fee may apply.

Q:     What is your exchange policy?

A:     Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return your unused product(s) in original condition. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on returned item(s). Once we receive the original item(s) and inspect, we will credit your account, and create (a) new order for replacement item. If the new order doesn't qualify for free shipping customers will be charged for shipping on exchanged item. If the original item(s) is inspected and not in original condition we reserve the right to deny the return or charge a restocking fee.

Q:     What if my product(s) I received is damaged or missing item(s)?

You must report damage or missing item(s) within 5 business days of receipt by contacting us at contact-us@gandgenterprisesinc.com. You also must keep the original box & packing material in the event we open a claim with the carrier. You may be required to complete claim forms for the carrier. In some cases we may need assistance from our customer to ensure that all forms requested by the carrier are completed. We may also need assistance from our customer to insure that all items are returned to the carrier or to us at G and G Tools. We will discuss return shipping options when you you report the damaged shipment. We will ship out a replacement once we have received and inspected the original item. If you need the replacement item sooner we can create a second order, charge your credit card, and ship out the replacement when available. Once the original damaged item(s) is received and inspected we will credit your account. We appreciate your cooperation and patience through this process.

Q:     What is your policy on typographical, inventory & pricing errors?

In effort to provide our valued customers with the most up to date and accurate information, G and G Tools is continuously implementing real-time updates to our online store. Due to the immediate nature of these updates the correction of any errors and/or omissions can happen at any time without prior notice. This information may include but is not limited to pricing, availability, photos, specifications, and warranties.

G and G Tools is not responsible for charges, labor, loss, or damage incurred as a result of incorrect product information. While we work to avoid any errors or omissions that may appear on the G and G Tools website, we do reserve the right to cancel any undelivered orders based on inaccurate information. We will contact the customer upon discovery of the error / omission. If there is an order that contains additional products, we will contact customer with options of canceling the one item or entire order. Q:     How secure is your checkout? Is my credit card information safe?

A:     G and G Tools makes customer security a high priority. We do not store or keep any credit card information in our databases and all payment information is sent directly to our 100% secure processor.

It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
